Same problem.
Brand new XCP-ng install with TrueNAS Scale hosting Jellyfin from TrueChart
I have successfully isolated my GTX 1060 from XCP-ng and passed it through to TrueNAS Scale. During the Jellyfin installation I isolated the GPU from TrueNAS and passed it on to Jellyfin. The GPU is recognized in the Jellyfin settings. I enabled Hardware Decoding and selected all video types. However, I cannot play a single video. I've uploaded video files of varying types (.avi, .mp4, .mkv, etc...) they all give the same error,
"Playback Error. This client isn't compatible with the media and the server isn't sending a compatible media format."
I've connected to the JellyFin server from my Chrome web browser on Windows 11 and from my Android phone using the JellyFin app. They all give the same error.
I'm stuck and looking for any help/guidance.
