That site is also blocked on my work PC (sorry, I don't have a lot of time at home until the weekends). But I'm glad to hear that removing some plugins helped.
If nothing in jellyfin's logs indicate a problem you may need to look at your system logs. Unstable overclock? Unstable RAM XMP profile?
