I can't believe I didn't notice this earlier. You are trying to encode to AV1. I'm not aware of any Synology devices that support encoding to AV1. Uncheck AV1 ENCODING and try again.

取消AV1后还是一样的报错。我黑群晖配置是I5-9500T,16GB内存，系统是DS918+ DSM7.2.1-69057 Update4,请老师给分享下怎么解决
