    > The error states the plugin manifest can't reach/connect to the internet.

I got that myself, but question is which one exactly ? Since all active plugins came with Jellyfin itself and I cannot disable them, this looks to me like bug in Jellyfin.

Could you share your server logs here either by zipping them, or using pastebin?

Here is log. I shut down Jellyfin, disconnected from Internet, started it. This is full log.

btw. meantime I upgraded to latest version 10.9.7 and tried from Safari as well (I usually use Firefox) but it works the same.

Once I connect back to Internet it immediately starts to work.

When you are offline, are you running in airplane mode? I'm wondering if the local loopback interface is disabled when running in airplane mode.

Jellyfin caches a lot of data so that might explain why you can still get to the home page, but not the library.

I was able to reproduce this on Windows and Ubuntu. Same issue reported here.

    Reproducible steps:
    1. Disable ethernet or wifi on the local server
    2. Start up server
    3. On the localhost browse to 127.0.01:8096
    4. After login observe that the home page doesn’t load it hangs with a blue spinning circle.
    5. Navigation to the dashboard is possible
    6. Navigation to bookmark folders is possible ex. 127.0.0.1:8096/web/#/movies.html
    7. Playing files is even possible after navigation through bookmarked pages.

I'm just not sure if it’s a web or server bug.

Edit: I just tried with 10.8.13 and there were no issues with that build, so it looks like a bug in the 10.9.z branch.

Same thing happens when network card is active but there is no known wifi to connect to.

I submitted a bug report for this. As a workaround use JMP 1.9.1, which should work.

Edit: Looks like I didn't search the right keywords. There's already an open bug report on this issue.
