HEVC videos always too dark

Hi - 4k HEVC videos play in JF Media Server, but they are always very dark. This is the case on macos and tvos (via infuse).

What are your server specs and transcode settings?

* Transcode settings: only 'Force Transcode Dolby Vision' is checked.

* Are these the server settings?
Performance:
Parallel library scan tasks limit: 0
Parallel image encoding limit: 0

The server itself is: Asustor Drivestor 4 Pro AS3304T 4 Bay NAS, Quad Core 1.4 GHz CPU, 2GB RAM DDR4

Transcode settings would be in Dashboard->Playback->Transcoding. I think the issue is that you need to enable tonemapping of HDR content to SDR, but Jellyfin doesn't support your ARM processor. So you're out of luck there.
