I am running a server with multiple libraries which all receive new files regularly and update their metadata except for 1 library, the tv shows. when a new show is added the boxes remain monotone coloured and no information is added tot the files after manually activating library scans or waiting until the timer set to 30 days of updating is over. the rules for every library is similar and i have tried scanning the library in every manner possible. the only thing that seems to work is to delete the whole server and make a new one, which I really don't want to do every time a new show or episode is added. I tried looking up other posts with similar issues but haven't found one that fixes the problem.
real time monitoring is enabled, metadata updated every 30 days.

What OS is the server running? How as Jellyfin installed? Is your storage local or on a NAS? Do you have TV shows and movies in separate libraries? Can you provide example folder and file names? Including the entire path?

Can you share your jellyfin logs via pastebin?
