Why desktop application is out of screen

Just let you know, i'm new to Jellyfin and this forum, i have 2 question.
As you can see in screenshot, it is out of screen meaning it isn't fit.

Another question I have is, how to organized the file, currently my show mixed togather in 1 page and I want to organized into 4 folders.
