Hello,
I recently installed Jellyfin on my computer and connected it to my LG OLED 4k tv and was able to stream some lower quality shows/movies without much difficulty (I am using direct play with no hardware acceleration). However, I am now trying to watch 4k movies on my tv and it seems to be having a hard time with it. When I have the bit rate at 4k 120mbps, it buffers the most. However, it still buffers even when I have it at 1080p as well. The movie will play for a few seconds, then it will buffer and be frozen for 5~10 secs and then it will resume playing for a few seconds only to keep repeating the process.
Here is the relevant information regarding my setup:
Jellyfin version: 10.8.10
Installation method: Windows installer (Windows 10 64bit)
Computer CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8-Core Processor
Computer GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
Client: LG OLED 4k TV (Model number: OLED65C1PUB)
I have gone ahead and attached the ffmpeg transcode log below.
I have also attached the regular deubg log file as well.
If any other information would be helpful please let me know!
Thank you!
