With the AndroidTV 18.0 update, images no longer appear across the app—this includes Quick Connect, the library,
    and the background.
This issue wasn’t present in version 17.9,which works perfectly. I’m currently using the app on a Fire TV Stick.
Interestingly, this problem didn’t occur in Beta 2, but after switching to Beta 4, the issue started appearing.

Have you tried clearing the app cache?
Does this also happen if you connect to our demo server (demo.jellyfin.org/stable)?

Are you connecting to your server over IPv4 or IPv6?
Via DNS or directly by address?
Do you use https (via a reverse proxy perhaps)?

    Hey,

I have been experiencing the same problem since version 18.0 beta 2. After downgrading back to version 17.9, everything works flawlessly again. After some time, I tried the current version 18.5, and the problem still persists. Is there any update on this issue?

I have also uninstalled the app and reinstalled different versions. The images are displayed on all other devices.

Can you share your full jellyfin log via privatebin.net?

And what version of the Android TV app is installed. You only mentioned 0.18.0 and "beta 2" and "beta 4". But the stable release is currently up to 0.18.5.

Hey, sorry for the late response. Which log exactly do you mean?

Regarding the versions: Unfortunately, I don't remember exactly which version I was on before, but I believe the problem appeared with the update to beta2. That's why I switched back to 17.9. There, everything works as it should. Currently, I have the latest version 18.5 installed, and the problem is occurring again.

As of this post, it would be the jellyfin server log called log_20250314.log. Share that log.

The developer has just released a new build, version 0.18.6, which is a hotfix aimed at resolving the image loading issues that began with the 0.18.z releases. You can either sideload it manually or check if the update is available on your app store.
