Hardware Encoding not working

Hello for some reason my Hardware Acceloration stoped working it just uses my cpu now insteat of my gpu. it used to do it but now it doesnt. Will provide logs if necessary.

You need to change the user that the service runs as to run as your user instead of the default service user. Network user? System user?

i needed to transfer some files so thats why maybe but i since needed to make tickplay and transcode a movie an my cpu was pinned at 100%. but i dont see a log from that

Trickplay doesn't produce its own logs. They appear in the main jellyfin log. You can limit the number of threads trickplay creation uses. Currently trickplay doesn't support acceleration with Nvidia GPUs.

Can you share your full Jellyfin log and provide a movie name you were having issues with CPU usage.
