Every x265 HEVC video I watch seems to freeze for about 30 seconds, then resumes on its own, chromecast, lg tv, all devices.
Most of my library is encoded in x265 and this seems to happen every movie once.
Resolution doesn't seem to matter as this is happening on 1080p and 4k movies.
My Windows Media PC is a 14th Gen i5 CPU, 32Gb RAM, rtx4060 GPU.
OS is Win11 23h2.
I tried resetting all settings to default.
Tried enabling/disabling hardware encoding.
Built a brand new media PC (specs above)
This was happening on my old Win11 media PC as well.
Is this a bug?
Is there a setting I am missing?
Any help or tips would be much appreciated, TY.
