SOLVED: Dark image with hdr video

When watching 4k hdr videos I have a dark image, even when tone mapping is on. My gpu is RTX 4080 and I use Nvidia NVENC for acceleration    

For example, this is 1080p video without hdr    

I'm using Windows 11
