Problem with metadata

I have the following problem. I recently upgraded the Jellyfin package (DS415+, DSM6.2.4 and SynoCommunity repository, not docker) to its version 10.10.5-22 from 10.10.5. Until yesterday everything was working apparently fine. But this morning, when I go to edit the information of a documentary (metadata), it has been impossible to do so because it is indefinitely loading and the same happens with the metadata manager, in this case shows me the folder tree, but when I access the movie, series episode or documentary, I do not load the metadata, it is always loading. I have also just detected that when I give it to scan libraries, it does not detect new videos added.

I would greatly appreciate some help, I am desperate.

Is the documentary "Home (2009)"? If so, what metadata providers do you have enabled in your library settings?

Probably not related, but problematic anyway. How are you adding your storage to the jellyfin container? I see these messages, but I usually see them with network storage with real time monitoring enabled.

Yes, it is the documentary. In this case I have it in the library “mix of film and series” (other), where the documentaries are. I had problems for the correct visualization of the information in the documentaries that are, let's say, movies, and not series of documentaries and exactly “Home (2009)” I was trying to edit the information so that it was seen as a movie. This may be the source of the problems? Do you recommend me to delete the metadata (files inside the system, synology) and rescan?

By the way, metadata providers I have “TheMovieDB”, “TheTVDB”, “The Open Movie Database” and “Missing Episode Fetcher”.

As long as TVDB is not the primary, it should scan. TVDB does not have that documentary in their database. But TMDB does have metadata for it.

The mixed library type is buggy. Especially for correctly identifying media.

I'm assuming you don't want to split the documentary shows and documentary movies into separate libraries dedicated to those content types.
