Running Ubuntu 24.10. After installing SwitchFin I try to run the application and I get the following error in my event logs and the application will not run:

    bwrap: Can't mkdir /app/lib/ffmpeg: Read-only file system

If anyone has any ideas, I would love to hear. Thank you.

Good work! I've been daily driving this client for the past 2 weeks and it has been pretty ideal for my steamos living room pc, works great with a controller or mouse/keyboard, even switching between the two regularly. It's been extremely stable.

I was able to install the version 0.5 flatpak, the newer releases gave me the 'bwrap: Can't mkdir /app/lib/ffmpeg: Read-only file system' error and I haven't really dug into it so far.

I have one feature request: an option to preset the user selection screen on startup, being behind the settings button my roommate never switches profiles and gums up my watch history.

Either way, I appreciate the work you've put in to this, it is an excellent client.

    Hi,

Just a quick question, this might be nothing. On nintendo switch, when I check to see the extra data of the file (while it's playing, pressing - I believe) I get this:

    ...
    Resolution 1440 x 608 (window 1280 x 720 framebuffer 1920x1080)
    ...

This also shows on other media that has a traditional 1920 x 1080 resolution.
Does this mean all my files are actually being displayed in 1280x720 on Switch? It's docked to a 1080p TV.

If you could please clear it up for me. Grinning-face Either way, great work with the app!
