Such a difficult question! Tonight I am having a Little Caesar's pepperoni stuffed pretzel crust pizza w/cheese sauce (no tomato base) and it's amazing. Go to would definitely be buffalo though. Preferably with a spicy ranch sauce, mixture of provolone and mozzarella cheeses, buffalo chicken and green onions.

I had this a few weeks ago and it was soooo good. But way too salty for me with all the extra rock salt. I'd love it without that.

There's a small craft brewery near me that also makes specialty pizzas. I won't say the name of the pizza so as to not reveal my location, but here are the toppings.

Lately, I’ve been into cheese burst pizzas. But this Margherita I tried in my wood-fired oven… yumm! Simple but so good with fresh basil, mozzarella, and that charred crust. I really like the champignons, artichokes, prosciutto, olives and an egg. Its called 'Rusticana' at my favorite place.
Second would be 'Bufalina' which is buffalo mozarella, cherrytomatoes and fresh basil. But its quiet heavy so my go-to pizza will always be a Margherita. To be honest... as i do not eat pizza that much.. i now got quiet an appetite.. |
