I have renamed the sorted title of one of the Season(I named it "OAD") to "Season 01.5". After I refresh metadata, the Season just dissapeared. I also renamed the sorted title of "柯里烏斯之夢"(Visions of Coleuso) to "Season 02.5", but no impact to it.

here is the Photos and file structures.

OAD  'Season 01'  'Season 02'  'Season 03'  柯里烏斯之夢
    user@truenas:/mnt/Pool1/media/anime/關於我轉生變成史萊姆這檔事$ cd OAD

Another weird points is, when i named both of them to  '"Season 01.5"' and  '"Season 02.5"' (with double quote), it correctly goes to the very beginning of the season table. After i remove the double quote, the problems appear. Is it possible for me to rename the sort title from command line to bring it back?

Try renaming the folder OAD to Season 00 on your filesystem then check if the issue still persists when you change the sort title in Jellyfin.

The episodes of Visions of Coleus should be placed in that Season 00 folder and should be named according to your source:
    S00E11.mkv
    S00E12.mkv
    S00E13.mkv

Indeed, it will appear after renaming. Thank you
