    hello everyone,

as the title says, is there a way to set a mode of “in maintenance” when i have for example the PC off by changing hard drives, cleaning, etc ?
I currently have jellyfin running on a PC with Ubuntu Desktop, "going out" via caddy to a domain of mine bought from godaddy, with cloudflare for DNS.
I was thinking maybe a redirect could be done through godaddy, or set maybe a CNAME through cloudflare to a simple blank HTML that says “in maintenance” or something like that, or is it too sophisticated what I am asking for ? haha.

I am asking all this out of ignorance because everything I have learned about jellyfin and cloudflare I have learned as I went along and it has helped me a lot.

thanks in advance for any info

The easiest solution is to just reconfigure caddy to point to a static html file that displays the maintenance message. That message won't be visible for any non-browser clients, though. For those clients, you are out of luck.

I have all my friends and family in a "JellyFriends" group chat where I post messages regarding down time.
