I'm sorry. I don't quite understand the question.

Is the video in question transcoding or not?
If I had to guess, the file IS being transcoded when played in the browser and NOT being transcoded when played on the Roku. If you aren't sure, share your logs via privatebin.net.

From what I can tell, when I am watching on the Roku Ultra, the server is transcoding. I only know this by viewing the /var/lib/jellyfin/transcodes/ directory and seeing files there when I attempt to play the video on the Roku Ultra. However, the server transcodes also when viewing in the web browser.
To add to the weirdness, I decided to view the movie on a Roku TV and it plays fine. So, it seems that there is an issue with the Jellyfin client on the Roku Ultra, maybe?

Can you share your jellyfin and ffmpeg logs via privatebin.net
And what model Roku Ultra do you have?

In the Roku store, search for "Viv". It is an unofficial Jellyfin app written by one of our Roku devs. It is a re-write of our Roku app and Viv will eventually become version 3.0 of the official app.
Otherwise, I don't see anything wrong with the original video. The log says that it is only transcoding the audio. The original H264 video is not modified. And it isn't anything unusual.

So, I installed Viv and, surprisingly, Spider-Man movie was still in the Continue Watching queue. I attempted to play the movie and the movie immediately crashed.
Is it possible that there is a cache somewhere on the Roku that may also be causing this issue. I've rebooted the Roku so you would think if there was some type of cache that it would clear.

There should be no cache issue between Viv and the official app.
In the ROKU's audio settings, what do you have it set to? Auto, Passthrough, or Stereo?

All my audio settings on the Roku are set at Auto.
