I did a password reset on a user (not admin user, but did the reset with admin account).

When trying to log in with that user and new password I get:
"You are not authorized to access the server at this time. Please contact your server administrator for more information"

User has always had 3 on "simultaneous users", after resetting I checked all that users devices got logged out and no more devices under that user.

When I change it to 0, as in disabling it, I can log in. Logging in, change it back to 3, and log in with a second device, same issue.

While writing this I tried up to 9 - can't log in. But if I put it on 10, I can log in.
I tried a third device, with setting at 10, couldn't log in, I changed to 11, and could log in.

So it seems there either is 8 hidden logged in to that account, or that jellyfin wrongly believe it's 8 more logged in than it actually is.
As mentioned, it's always been on 3, so 8 hidden shouldn't be possible.

Is there some hidden login-ins that doesn't get flushed from the system?
    Or is it a bug?

Can you go to Dashboard > Devices and trying cleaning up all the device tokens in there for this user?

After the password reset there was zero devices for that user under Devices. Seems they were automatically removed by the reset.

But perhaps just visually? That they're not really-really deleted when password reset.

Definitely strange. Submit a github issue. Include your logs. Hopefully you still have logs from the day you performed the password reset. Though probably not since the log retention is 3 days by default.

Now a week later it works as it should.
Might've just needed time to clear some cache, or the physical reboot of the server I needed to do yesterday that fixed it.

Thanks for the help once again!
