When trying to stream for 3-5 seconds everything is fine and working.
Then it's buffering again. And that repeats each time.

    Tried to change transcoder:
From [Nvidia NVENC] with [H264,HEVC,MPEG2,VC1,VP8] to [None]
    Same Issue.

I know it's not the network because tried with my Laptop Windows Jellyfin Install.
Everything works as expected. With no aggressive freezing.

    Useful information :
    [CLIENT]
Google TV [jellyfin app 0.18.6 release ]
    Connected over wifi.

    [Host]
TrueNas [Jellyfin 10.10.6] - First time setting any Linux machine.
    GTX 970, Intel® Core™ i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz , 16Gb of memory.
    Connected by cable to wifi.

    Should I re-install Jellyfin?

The closest thing I can find. But I don't run anything on the machine. Only jellyfin.

And on another note: Running on another pc the same issue. (Not the problem with google Tv thing)

You are software transcoding, and very slowly. The 6700K does support hardware encoding. As does your GTX 970. Of the two I'd use the 6700K.

Okay, I changed to Intel QuickSync (QSV)
    [*] - H264
    [*] - HEVC
    [*] - MPEG2
    [*] - VC1
    [*] - VP8

    And
    [*] - Intel Low-Power H.264 hardware encoder

Stil it freezes a bit. Any improvements I can do?
(But still much better than before.)

    CPU Intel® Core™ i5-6300HQ CPU @2.30GHz
    16GB DRR3
    GTX 960M
    Windows 11

And it runs without any freezes or lags, Is there i'm missing? What makes my laptop work better than the pc?

Did you check "Enable hardware encoding"?
