No IP Address only localhost

Well I tried putting 192.168.0.88:8096 on my browser, it just say it couldn't connect to it

And whenever I bind address, the jellyfin server doesn't work anymore, this is getting more frustrating

and whenever I boot up my computer, I need to run jellyfin as a admin to run it if not it will say "could not start jellyfin server process after specified period"

and doing a full uninstall of Jellyfin server and reinstall it back still have the same issue

Can you give a detailed step-by-step on how you are setting up your jellyfin installation? It would help us figure out exactly where you are running into trouble.

Firstly I install the Jellyfin Server 10.10.7 and do a basic install and do all the basic setup when opening jellyfin and that's all

After that it prompt a window for a firewall and I just select allow

Update: Apparently after binding my PC IP Address and restart the computer, I manage to access via IP Address from my other device too
