So I did a sorting of my Library by user rating, and noticed that the one without rating are mainly unmatched titles.

My to organise media is as follows:
    - A well-defined directory name covering the following parts and parenthesis:
English title (optional original titles) [year]
    - within that folder anything everything but only video, poster, and optional .srt

that's it. Now A couple of points on the identification, this below, as an example, is not matched:
Who would kill jessie (Kdo chce zabít jessii) [1966]

however if I use only the English title or the original title most of the time I can identify manually.
So, how can I tweak the identification to look for use either, or even better both, but just in order in case the first method fails?

You can use tmdbID or imdbID on movie folders to help jellyfin identity "Movie (year) [tmdbid-12345]"

In the example you gave, the title doesn't match the TMDB.

    This correctly identifies
Who Wants to Kill Jessie (Kdo chce zabít jessii) [1966]

Would also second the use of media provider identifiers:
    Code:
    Film (2010) [imdbid-tt0106145]
    or
    Code:
    Film (2018) [tmdbid-65567]
