Password reset document

Reset password but cannot find js file to get the pin to reset my password. I am logged on my fire stick.  Or i can reset in my Samsung s25.  Where on this device can I find the file? Either works but the path is cut off so I don't see the file location. Help

The password reset file will be created on your server not the client.

Server is not recognizing me , says I do not have access.

I loaded it directly on firestick. My credentials are locked out where I cannot even log onto the server. I am not recognized. My login and pw havent changed.any way to get an email reset link sent
