    Hello,

Just got a new Roku streaming stick but cannot login into Jellyfin. Not sure what info is needed but here is some:

    Roku:
Model 3830R Roku Streaming Stick Plus
    Software Version 14.5

    Server:
    Dell R420, 128GB RAM, 4 - 4TB HDs, 2 - Xeon processors, 128 cores each
    Debian 11

I have another Roku that connect no problem, model # 4802X Roku Ultra, software version 14.6

I now the software versions are different, both are UTD.

    TIA

    EDIT, forgot the log

What's the issue you're experiencing? If you're on the same network, you can use quick connect. Login on your phone, then go to quick connect on your Roku. Follow the prompts for the code and you're in.

I'll take a look at the logs, but it's likely to just say auth failed.

Right it just says auth failed. Tried the quick connect, also didn't work. Odd that in the Admin --> Devices, it shows the streaming stick.

With Roku, I've had some issues with CORRECT passwords failing auth. Try changing the password on this account and logging in immediately on the new Roku.

Did you limit the amount of connections for the account? I had issues where some devices did not logout and hit the cap, raising it let me login.

I saw something in the log about exceeded logins. It was set to ) which said it disabled. but i changed it to 10 and still had the same issue.
