Gostaria de saber se é possível adicionar carregamento quando o vídeo avança. Há momentos em que parece que congelou. Seria legal se houvesse um círculo giratório indicando que o filme está carregando e não congelado.

I believe some clients actually do have such an indicator. This would be a client specific characteristic though. Different clients will behave differently. I don't believe some devices even provide a framework for including additional details on the video frame. But some do.
