Not removing deleted media

I am using Jellyfin for Mac 10.10.7. When I delete media from my filesystem and run a full scan, Jellyfin doesn't remove the missing media. I'd appreciate some help. Thanks.

Is this just happening with one thing or everytime you delete something? You can delete files through the Jellyfin web interface (go to a show or movie, click the three dots on the right, then delete media.) Even if the files are already deleted trying to delete them again will remove them from Jellyfin.

Maybe the database is corrupted somehow, is it picking up new content when you rescan?

Logs would be helpful as it could be a permissions issue. Generally don't recommend managing your library straight through Jellyfin this way, though it is possible and I used to go the same route.
