Misc files from MakeMKV are being recognized as their own movies

Is there a way to make it so only the folder is recognized as a movie instead of the subcontents. For example I have Amazing Spiderman 2. Within the folder I have 

Amazing Spiderman 2
- Amazing Spider-man 2_t00.mkv
- Amazing Spider-man 2_t01.mkv
- ....

I would rather the folder be recognized as the movie instead of the individual files

Is the movie split?
- Amazing Spider-man 2_t00.mkv is Part1?
- Amazing Spider-man 2_t01.mkv is Part2?

Or are those like special features?

Then create an Extras folder and put them in there or append a suffix to the end. https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/server...as-folders

Amazing Spiderman 2\
- Main movie file.mkv
----extras\
----Amazing Spider-man 2_t00.mkv
----Amazing Spider-man 2_t01.mkv
----....

Or with the suffix:
Amazing Spider-man 2_t00-behindthescenes.mkv
Amazing Spider-man 2_t00-deletedscene.mkv

Is there no way to just have it ignore the files and just focus on the folders? I have this file structure for over 100 movies
