Transcoding Nvidia p2000

I have the latest version of Jellyfin and a new nvidia quadro P2000 when playing live tv on my local network I get lipsync issue, even without transoding I get the same thing
I have tried a number of seeting without any success, has any memeber got a clear setup methos for this to work and get the voices synced up, any help greatly recieved

If you have the same issue without transcoding the issue is most likely in the client or in the live tv source.
