library stuck on 48% scan

jellyfin version 10.10.7
installed on mac via amd64.dmg
I'm trying to add a library, and it remains at 48% or 50%, jellyfin has Full Disk Access permission and all my folders have read & write permission the log says this:

I don't know why the folder is inaccessible or empty, and I haven't found a solution on Google
My media folder also has the permissions and has the correct naming of show/showName(yearr)/Season1/ShowName ep01s01
