So to use this I need to be on a pc or laptop to watch movies and use these themes and the spotlight video in the background ? This doesn't work on android tv or fire tv stick ? Yeah I'm not really big on watching tv from a laptop. Great theme though it looks really great.

I know right? They have not made it easy to port your themes and customization to TV-connected devices and JFwebs 'Tv-mode' for remote control use is borked. 

If you are willing and able, you Can sideload the standard jellyfin apk and install my remote control / OSD mod to use jellyfin themes and extensions like Spotlight (as well as a remote control) on Android Boxes / firesticks. But you'd have to be an insane person like me to cross a bridge that far..
