Hey all, I'm encountering a new issue with family members accessing my server. I haven't messed with anything recently server related, so its a bit odd. The only change which has happened recently is I lost track of my original Caddy folder, so I created a new one with the needed Caddy files. I don't think that should have anything to do with it, but thought I should mention that.

Here are some logs of when content was unable to play:

(playing from Jellyfin Android app with cellular data) - https://privatebin.net/?43a19f576b4f9698...REHHoUnc6c

(playing from Firefox on a laptop) - https://privatebin.net/?36c3173a8874e99c...Es8WnQB2cj

Here is a log of successfully streaming that same movie from that android phone above, but just connected to the same network as the server:

I tried watching a few different movies/shows from my phone while using cellular data, and I was having the same issue. I was able to navigate to each show, but when I click play it would just sit there with the show's backdrop image. Odd stuff! The Firefox client received a Fatal Playback Error, but I never got that on my tests.  Let me know if you guys can spot anything obvious going on. Thanks in advance yall!!

What player are you using in the Jellyfin app? Web? Built-in? External?

Ohh shit, switching it from Web Player to Integrated Player fixed the issue on my phone! Does this also need to be done on my friends' PC who is attempting to use Firefox? Or are they encountering a different issue? Thank you thus far!!

You'll generally get a better experience on the Desktop playing from a dedicated client than just using a browser. You should have them try the Jelyfin Media Player: https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-med...r/releases
