I am having an odd issue with Jellyfin. I have the following home server:  Debian based, has an intel i7 CPU and an nvidia GTX960 GPU (old pc repurposed for home server).
I have a series on this server, that is 1080p DDP5.1 Atmos H264.
I tried playing this on my PC (in Chrome) on the same network, and it failed, says "Playback failed due to a fatal player error". Tried playing it on my tablet, similar issue. During this I see the CPU usage of the server going high, close to 100%. I tried playing a different movie (same format: 1080p DDP5.1 Atmos H264), and the CPU usage of the server went high, but only to about 80-85% and I was able to watch the movie without crash. Then I tried the first one again, and it started, but after about a minute of playtime it restarted from the beginning and then just quit. Similarly high CPU usage.
Now the weird part: I tried watching the same episode on my TV (4K google TV with Jellyfin app) and it played flawlessly and the CPU usage didn't rise at all. I watched an hour of the episode and no issues. And on a different TV with a google TV stick it is the same, no issues.

So to me it seems like hardware acceleration of transcoding is only working on some clients but not all? It might be a completely wrong assumption. Can someone help me where do I even start checking and fixing this?
