Hey everyone, looking for some assistance on this issue. I'll start with my setup to clear those things up.
Playback device: Sony Bravia 4K (direct play)
NAS and Jellyfin host: i3 3220, 8GB RAM
So this issue I have happens with only a few movies (all movies this happens with are 4K), and it only happens during certain scenes, and only those scenes. One example is the final fight scene in the Order of the Phoenix, the movie just stutters and it becomes unwatchable.
To further test the issue, I hooked up my old Nvidia Shield to play the same scene, but it actually plays smoothly, as intended. So what would cause this playback issue only on the TV? I'm not entirely sure as it's only happening during battle scenes, or other very busy and chaotic scenes. Is this just a TV issue? And why would the whole movie play well expect for that scene?
