    I installed Jellyfin via Docker on a Synology DS218+  / DSM 7.1.
I have it up and running and actually am using Tailscale so I can remotely connect. All good.

Here is the issue. Playlists are impossible to make. I have around 11,000 songs and you need to add to a playlist 1 by 1. Its way too tedious.

My understanding is that you can use some external programs to create playlists (Mp3 Tag is one) to create playlists. First, is this true? Ideally, Since I have so much music a program like Excel could help me cut down tracks quickly and then delete them. Additionaly I could use the same artist or Song with multiple playlists.
Second the Jellyfish  sits on the DS within Volume 1. My understanding is that playlists sit in the NAS in Volume 1, which is not visible through File station.

Are playlists possible  to create in a seperate program and then upload to the DS version of Jellyfin

    Thanks!
    Johnny
    Thanks,
