Codec/ Plex/Jellyfin

Hi,
Some time back I had to switch to Plex as Jellyfin would not play some of my media due to codec compatibility. Not sure what ones quite some time back.
My question is I liked Jellyfin over plex, has this problem be sorted ?

Haven't had any issue with JF playing back any codec but with such little information I'm not sure anyone else will be able to give you much more of an answer aside from linking to all supported codecs listed in the wiki.
