Jellyfin Music

I am pulling what's left of my hair out at this point. I have a huge music catalog that I "pre-treated" if you will, with foobar2000 and MusicBrainz Picard. Regardless of my efforts, Jellyfin Server will not successfully finish a scan nor produce any usable metadata for the music. What else can I do at this point? I realize that Jellyfin is open-source but why can't the developers/contributors figure this out? There are several open cases on Github but to no avail.
