sorry but cant get logs

hello,

sorry for this being who knows how many times posted but i have read a lot prior to asking.

the server wont start no mater how many times i uninstall and reinstall, even under administrator.

cant find logs in program data or even in the appdata folder.

no folders are even created for jellyfin for that mater.

little info of the system

windows 10 pro
1tb ssd (which the server is installed on)
5 sata hhds all varying in size

this is all i can get for any type of info.
i ran jellyfin.exe in cmd prompt with administration rights
appdata file is empty

tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times tried running in compatibility mode with forced administrator rights
i cant get it to write anything in folder
