I moved a series from one disk to another, and now there is a duplicate entry where Jellyfin thinks the old episodes are. Attempting to delete this entry fails and removing and readding my library also fails.
Is the directory where the old episodes were still there, with empty folders? Make sure there's no remnants where the show once was on the first disk. Without a folder, Jellyfin should remove the entry on its own.
