Upgraded with no significant issues, but I noticed that my libraries don't appear to be updating unless I do a "Scan All Libraries", I've tried scan individual libraries, but there is no progress indicator, and even after some time, the libraries did not appear to be updated, although if I do an "Scan All" progress is shown, and the library does update!
Looking in logs, I see no log entries for individual library scanning, but All scan does log reports. I believe this stated in the 11.1 version and is still present in the latest 11.2
Just installed 10.11.2 from 10.10.7 on Linux and everyting went fine. My librairy is 9 TB and it took 1 min. Finally the foreign subtitles has been fixed.
Thank you Jellyfin team and especially Timminator for fixing the subtitles.

Great work for all those involved.
You could also try going to EACH of your libraries and run "Refresh all metadata", leaving both replace existing images and trickplay unchecked and see if that helps. The blue button in the dashboard doesn't do a "full" refresh for me.
I did this and it fixed some issues for me.

Apparently it's a known bug of Jellyfin-Web, I can see that yesterday a commit was posted regarding libraries not refreshing after adding new media library, and the fix is already merged. Not sure if it's the same issue you're experiencing, but said issue will most likely be fixed when JF 10.11.3 is released.
Before I try this one has anyone on Windows who was having issues with 11 and 11.1 with the process just qutting when it ran a library scan had any success with 11.2 being able more stable?

Using Jellyfin Windows Client and Chrome web access, same thing.
Tried that, When I monitor the log file on the server , If I select "Scan All Libraries from the Dashboard, the log file shows the work being done on each library!
When I use the "Scan Library" from the individual libraries option, I get he short banner message, "Refresh Queued" at bottom of screen, but ZERO entries in the log files, showing no work being done!, no errors, nothing.. I've tried to "refresh all metadata" same thing, no refresh being done. I would expect if it was something local to my config, I would see errors as the server attempts to refresh, but nothing, so server is not even starting the refresh!
