Sorry for the late reply; I don't regularly check the forum here.
I guess you are running Jellyfin on Docker and facing some permission errors. The easiest fix would be to update to the newest version of the HoverTrailer Plugin (compatible with Jellyfin 10.11.*) and install the File Transformation Plugin (https://github.com/IAmParadox27/jellyfin...sformation) alongside it, and then try again.

Thank you i've updated JF and installed the Plugin again it works at my Computer in Browser its nice but dont work on my Android TV do I need to adjust something else ?
And will it be possible to display the trailer at hover in full screen ? Now it's realy small

Glad to hear it's now working for you on PC. Regarding the issue on TVs, this is due to an architectural limitation. The Android TV client is a native application that doesn't use the web interface at all - it communicates directly with the Jellyfin server API. HoverTrailer (and other frontend customization plugins) is a web-based plugin that modifies the web UI, so it only works in clients that use the web interface (PC browsers, Android mobile app, desktop clients).

For the resizing, there is no direct full screen mode yet, but you can play with the "Content Scale Percentage" option:
Dashboard → Plugins → HoverTrailer → Settings
