New Jellyfin Server/Web release: 10.11.3

After giving a day, for testing, I see the problem is individual library scanning is still not working.
I can "Scan All" with no issues, but it will not Scan an individual library!. I get get the "Refresh Queued" banner at bottom of screen, but nothing after that. When doing a full scan I can see all the log entries for the scan, (I can monitor the log entries as they happen.) but when I attempt single library scan there are zero log entries! tells me it's not even trying. (from what I see), Not a big issue, but I utilize several libraries and scanning all can get lengthy with frequent updates to a library.

Everything I've tested looks stable. Thanks guys for all the hard work.

Database locking issues preventing user/pass login since updating. Same issue present in previous version.

On fast hardware as per signature. Database in default NoLock mode. Never had these issues pre the 10.11.x release. 

Im sure there's good reasons, but this new EFCore database migration has been pretty painful since 10.11.0 :-(

This release should have been the original 10.11.x to public. Works really good.
One issue I discovered was that for Live TV I dont get any "More Like This" entries.
I get them for Movies and Recordings but not for LIve TV channels.
Can anyone confirm if this is an issue?

I still have problems with homevideos and music library. Both don´t work, when you have subfolders. It works only, when you are pointing directly into each folder. This was never a problem in version 10.10.x. In the musiclibrary the shuffle play function is also not working. when i pointed directly in each subfolder... (i have in total 12 subfolders) This also worked before... I didn´t test it in homevideos yet. Hope this will be solved in the next update. Movies an tv shows workes fine. In collection i still have the problems with double movies in some collections.
