jellyfin.service: Failed with result 'signal'.

Jellyfin.Server 10.11.3.0
Debian 12

Jellyfin service fails to start with error: 
jellyfin.service: Failed with result 'signal'.

Some troubleshooting I found on this forum suggests rename/deleting all XML files or at least migration.xml and/or system.xml at /etc/jellyfin. I've done that but I am still getting the same error message. 

journalctl -xeu jellyfin
