    Good morning everyone,

First of all, I apologize for my English; it's not my native language; I'm using a translator.

I recently decided to change my media server, switching from a competitor to Jellyfin.
One of the features I'm most looking for in a media server is the ability to catalog my movies into "collections."
I'm having a lot of problems with my Jellyfin server.
    The collections aren't being saved.

I activated the feature in the library from the Control Panel, and I also installed the plugin, but nothing. It doesn't work.
I select the movie, click "Add to Collection," and give it a name. So far, everything's fine.
Then I go back to the home page, select "Library->Collections" again, and nothing, the collection has disappeared.
Can anyone help me solve this problem?

    Thanks everyone.

Did you also enable the "Group movies into collections" option under Libraries->Display ?

I tried the plugin once, but uninstalled it and did it manually as I was used to, by going to tmdb.org and searching for the collection if it exists (it mostly does) and then copy pasting the name of the collection and create a new collection of the movies in question. It works as it should here.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Yes, I enabled the feature (as shown in the image)
    but it doesn't work.

I see, well I don't have many tips, but could you try to make a collection manually, just to see if the plugin is at fault or something else?
To keep things simple, I'd advice you to disable the plugin while testing.

Find a collection of at least two movies that you own that is listed at themoviedb.org, select the movies and proceed to select "add to collection", name the collection according to the name at tmdb, hit refresh and it should automatically fill out the metadata.
Then, if all works as it should, you can go to your movie library and the newly created collection should be there with a number in the upper right corner of the thumbnail corresponding to the number of unwatched movies in the collection.

    Hi,
    I followed your instructions.
But whether the plugin was enabled or disabled, nothing changed.
PS: When you wrote "update," I can't find an "update" button. Where?

I meant hit F5 to refresh the page, probably a mistranslation.
This is weird indeed, it works fine for me. I even installed the plugin and let it run free on another library of movies, and collections were made before my eyes, though some still have to be made manually for some reason.

You have this option enabled under the library settings yes?

And you have restarted jellyfin after installing the plugin?
