Fresh Jellyfin install (have only used plex and wanted a change)  on proxmox (ubuntu) inside docker and having issues transcoding with the A310 gpu.
Jellyfin seems to be working great other than that and I have done a bit of google searching, forum reading and soul searching, but have not had much luck.  Card is passed through proxmox and I can see the card in jellyfin/docker,but not able to get it to transcode.

Tried to provide some pictures that may help someone point me in the right direction.

The first screenshot shows it direct playing. The easiest way to force jellyfin to transcode is to lower the bitrate a tad, or play a file that the client doesn't support.
In your case I'd just lower the bitrate to 5mbps or so.

I was able to force the bitrate and test that transcoding was working.  I can remove the restriction now and have it direct play.  Can't believe it was this simple and thank you for the help.
