Playback Error: Client not compatible

Hi,

I'm fairly new to this so apologies if I miss something.
I recently installed Jellyfin on my computer, it has access to a HDD that's connected by usb. I ran into the Playback error issue, reddit threads suggested to link directly to the ffmpeg, which I did.
It solved it for some Videos I'm trying to watch, but not all. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, maybe somebody here can help.

This error usually means that a show needed to be transcoded but you either didn't setup up hardware acceleration or your system isn't capable of it.

What OS is jellyfin server installed on? And what are the hardware specs.

Oh,okay. I see. I think it should be able to do it?
How do I set that up?

OS would be Windows
16gb RAM
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor 3.60 GHz
AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
