Using Windows 10 as my server.
Using the web browser and ROKU apps as clients.

Installed a new HDD and moved to a new physical location. JF won't update any images etc on the new rips ever since I moved.

I've moved files to the older HDDs and JF still won't update anything so I'm excluding the new HDD from the problem. I can play the files from the new HDD as well and they show up in the clients, just no images etc.

I've looked and clicked on every single icon/setting I can in the dashboard and can't find anything that will indicate what the problem is.

Suggestions on where to look? Also, I understand the quickest way to a solution is to post my logs, but I'm concerned about revealing IP addresses. How do I avoid this? (I checked the pinned thread and it just states to post your log)

    -Much appreciated

LAN IPs is not a privacy concern. Only domains and WAN IPs.

Open your log in a text editor, open the replace prompt, enter your WAN IP and replace it with "REDACTED".

I've added at least one log file. Not sure if that's enough or if I just grab all of them in the log folder.

The only thing that stands out is that the library scan completes so quickly. Either nothing has changed or it doesn't have permissions to read the contents and skips over it.

Will do. I'll check permissions, worst case I uninstall and reinstall JF again.

Might it be network settings? How would I go about checking those?

Is your network interface set to private or public?

From what I can tell Network is set to public. In windows firewall settings there are two entries for the same jellyfin.exe and both are set to public and private.

I did a manual refresh of missing metadata and it worked. I added three new files to various folders off the new HDD and it picked them up with automatic scanning. Seriously, THANK YOU!
