My images are all messed up

I am not sure why this happened, but my season images are all messed up. 
They either don't show up, or all come up as the special images.
   
   
   

This is how my fetcher settings are setup
   

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's odd that you don't have Fetcher Settings for anything other than the first category. In looking, I have it for the shows and seasons categories. You can always refresh the metadata and replace the images to see what happens.
