Running into a couple issues updating stuff. How do I confirm the permissions JF has on Windows for folder access? Most the stuff I see that pops up on Google is for Linux/Docker etc.
In task manager details, check what user is running jellyfin. Then right click on the folder with your library, properties, security tab, with your library and make sure that user owns the folder.
