firestick 4k max goes to sleep via LiveTV

So if I don't touch the remote or anything the firestick seems to go to sleep. I have checked the sleep settings and there is nothing set to sleep.

Anyone else had this problem with Jellyfin? When I watch live tv via Tivimate I dont seem to have this issue.
