    I'm not sure that I completely understand the challenge you're having, but if you're not changing the operating system, transferring to a new PC should be as easy as copying the configuration directories from one system to the other. Just make sure that your media is mounted to the same location on the new machine (if it was D: before, make sure it's D: again, for example). The server setup will not appear if you copy the config directories, as it will load the config from your old machine and start using those settings immediately. The server should simply be available from the new machine. If you need to make minor changes, you can simply edit the configuration XML files to change things like the port or the bindings.
